When and How to Use

Maintenance phase: 1 to 2 capsule(s) daily, preferably before breakfast for 3 to 6 months.

Acute phase: 2 capsules morning and evening before meals for 7 to 10 days. Continue for 3 to 6 months in maintenance phase.

Advice: Take your capsule with a glass of water.
