Organic Sesame Vegetable Oil

Belonging to the Pedaliaceae family, sesame is an annual herbaceous plant with upright stems and veined oval leaves. Originating from Africa and Asia, sesame is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions worldwide, including India, China, Sudan, and Tanzania.

This plant, typically measuring between 50 centimeters and 2 meters in height, has solitary flowers, usually white, pink, or purple in color, appearing between June and September. The flowers give rise to capsules containing small seeds, which are harvested for oil extraction.

Organic sesame vegetable oil is obtained through cold-pressing sesame seeds from organic farming. This oil has a light and fluid texture, with a color ranging from pale yellow to golden yellow. It has a delicate and slightly nutty aroma, characteristic of sesame seeds.
