When and How to Use
Maintenance phase: 1 to 2 capsule(s) per day, preferably before breakfast, for 3 to 6 months.
Acute phase: 2 capsules morning and evening before meals for 7 to 10 days. Continue for 3 to 6 months during the maintenance phase.
Tip: Take your capsule with a glass of water.
